Tommy & Sheldon both really tried to help me because they knew I was in a bad way. Their technician confirmed that my engine was seized with only 92K miles on it. I was devastated, but I am over it now. HCS charged me very reasonable rate for the diagnostics and helped me out with a free tow (the third one). I am buying a new truck because replacing the engine was way too expensive. HCS helped me in everyway like I wish more people would do. I highly recommend them.
